Part One: Service Agreement

Special Reminder: By using Walnet services, you are deemed to have read and accepted the "Walnet Service Agreement" ("this Agreement"). If you have any questions about this Agreement, or cannot fully or partially accept this Agreement, or need to provide feedback (including suggestions, complaints, reports, etc.) to Jinkai Zhu while using Walnet, please contact Jinkai Zhu without hesitation: Email: naiso.limbo@outlook.com.

1. This Agreement and Definitions:

(1) This Agreement is an agreement between you and Jinkai Zhu regarding your use of Walnet related services. Jinkai Zhu may update this Agreement at any time based on commercial, applicable law, and policy factors; if you cannot accept this Agreement or any future updated versions in whole or in part, you may contact Jinkai Zhu. Please suspend using Walnet until you have reached a consensus with Jinkai Zhu.

(2) Walnet: A software application developed, operated, and managed by Jinkai Zhu to provide you with a free, non-exclusive, and global software license and technical services within the scope of this Agreement. The term "Walnet" under this Agreement may refer to the Walnet mobile app, Walnet mini-program, Walnet standalone website, or related technical services provided by Jinkai Zhu surrounding the Walnet software product depending on the context.

(3) Jinkai Zhu: When it comes to (and only when it comes to) the rights that Jinkai Zhu is entitled to under this Agreement, "Jinkai Zhu" refers to the individual developer.

(4) Materials: Refers to the materials and information provided by Jinkai Zhu that are pre-installed or will be pre-installed in the future in Walnet, including but not limited to audio, fonts, text, instructions, animations, etc., used to assist you.

2. Intellectual Property Statement:

All versions, technologies, programs, materials, and all information content (information content, including but not limited to product functions, user interfaces, operating steps, trademarks, patents, computer software works) that come with Walnet are owned by Jinkai Zhu. The software usage license granted to you by Jinkai Zhu should not be considered as a transfer of any part or all of Jinkai Zhu's intellectual property rights under any circumstances. Any materials and other information content that you download and use through Walnet are limited to personal entertainment, learning, research, training, or appreciation use. They may not be used for any commercial purposes without Jinkai Zhu's written consent.

3. Your Necessary Authorization:

You agree to grant Jinkai Zhu a free, non-exclusive, irrevocable, global right to use the information content you generate during the service for the purpose of providing this service, optimizing this service, and promoting this service. Jinkai Zhu will make every effort to use the aforementioned information content within a reasonable range, and your necessary authorization does not imply that Jinkai Zhu will necessarily use the aforementioned information content.

4. Personal Information Protection:

Protecting your personal information is a basic principle of Jinkai Zhu. Jinkai Zhu will collect, use, store, and manage your personal information in accordance with this Agreement.

5. Your Legal Use:

You may not use Walnet to create, store, or publish the following information content:

(1) Information that endangers national and social security, which may include but is not limited to opposing the basic principles determined by the Constitution; endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, undermining national unity; inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, undermining ethnic unity; undermining national religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions; spreading rumors, disrupting social order, undermining social stability; promoting gambling, violence, murder, terror, or inciting crime; inciting illegal assemblies, associations, demonstrations, marches, crowd disturbances; containing other content prohibited by laws, administrative regulations, and national regulations.

(2) Obscene and pornographic information, which may include but is not limited to publishing obscene, pornographic content, including but not limited to soliciting prostitution, looking for one-night stands, sex partners; publishing pornographic text, videos, images for the purpose of pornography; frequently publishing content that is on the edge of obscenity or has sexual hints.

(3) Infringing information, which may include but is not limited to creating, publishing, storing content that infringes on others' reputation rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, and other legal rights.

(4) Unfair competition information, which may include but is not limited to publishing content that alters, adds, or deletes rights signs without authorization; publishing content without authorization from the authorized party.

(5) Other information that violates laws, regulations, policies, public order and good customs, or interferes with the normal operation of Walnet and infringes on the legal rights of any third party.

If you engage in the aforementioned illegal or infringing activities, Jinkai Zhu has the right to take appropriate measures immediately, including but not limited to: deleting such illegal information content, terminating your software usage license, stopping all technical services, resorting to law enforcement agencies or judicial authorities, etc. If your illegal or improper use of Walnet causes damage to yourself, Jinkai Zhu, and/or third parties, you must bear all responsibilities.

6. Advertising Business License:

Walnet may include advertisements, which are a legitimate and legal business model of Jinkai Zhu. You agree to receive advertising information published by Jinkai Zhu and third-party partners while using Walnet.

7. Force Majeure and Other Exemption Causes:

Walnet may be affected by force majeure or other factors, including but not limited to: political reasons, social environment, natural disasters, economic crises, computer viruses or hacker attacks, server or system instability, your specific location, any technical capability, network quality, and communication lines, computer failures, etc. (collectively referred to as "exemption causes"). In the event of the above exemption causes, Jinkai Zhu will make efforts to repair or remedy it promptly. If it causes losses to you, Jink
